Juicy, tender, very tasty cutlets.
You can make mashed potatoes as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, about 15 cutlets are obtained.

  • 500 g fish fillets (pike perch, sea bass, pike, etc.)
  • 150 g boiled rice
  • 50 g rolls or a slice of bread
  • milk
  • greens to taste
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Fish fillet through a meat grinder.

Soak a bun in milk.

Finely chop the greens.

Mix the fillet, bun (squeeze it out of the milk beforehand), rice, herbs.
Salt, pepper.

Form cutlets from minced meat.
Roll them in bread crumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes on one side.

Fry for about 10 minutes on the other side.
