In the episode where the heroes went to congratulate the elephant, he baked pineapple pies. So I decided to try baking a similar cake.
The pie is delicious! Delicate, not dry, moderately sweet. Prepares quickly and easily.
I used frozen pineapples. Thawed them and drained all the liquid.
Canned or fresh pineapples can be used instead of frozen ones..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 350 g pineapple (sliced)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200-250 g flour
Preparation
Grind butter with sugar.
Add eggs.
Mix.
Add pineapples.
Mix.
Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.
The mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 20 cm) grease a little with oil.
Put out the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
