Bright elegant dessert.
Can be a real decoration of the festive table.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-15 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 5-7 oranges or large tangerines
  • 500 ml cherry compote
  • 100 g sugar
  • 25 g gelatin

Preparation

Soak gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.

Wash oranges or tangerines.
Cut in two.

Remove pulp.

Add sugar to the compote.
Boil.

Add gelatin.
Bring to a boil (but do not boil).
Remove from fire.
Cool down.

Pour into “molds” from the peel.
Refrigerate for 6-7 hours.

When serving, cut into wedges.
