Cabbage stewed with pork and tomatoes

Simple, hearty, tasty dish.
You can use any meat instead of pork, but I recommend using pork.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g pork
  • 1 kg of cabbage
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 200 g carrots
  • 200 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Dice the tomatoes.

Cut the meat into cubes or cubes.

Finely chop the cabbage.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add carrots.
Fry a little.

Add meat.
Fry well.

Add cabbage.
Salt, pepper.
Simmer until the cabbage is soft (about 30-40 minutes).

Add tomatoes.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
