These cabbage rolls are called “lazy” because you don’t have to bother with cabbage leaves when preparing them, they are easier to cook than ordinary cabbage rolls.
And the taste is not inferior to them.
Cabbage rolls are juicy, tender, fragrant.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8-12 servings.
Ingredients

  • 400 g cabbage
  • 500 g minced meat (any, to taste)
  • 200 g of boiled rice
  • 150 g onions
  • 250 g sour cream (10-20%)
  • 250 g tomato paste (or ketchup)
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut the cabbage into squares with a side of about 1-1.5 cm.

Pour boiling water over.
Let stand for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the water, squeeze the cabbage a little.

Finely chop the onion.

Mix cabbage, minced meat, rice, onion.
Salt, pepper.

Form cutlets from the minced meat.
Roll them in bread crumbs.

Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown (no need to fry until ready).

Mix sour cream and tomato paste.

Put the cabbage rolls in a baking dish.

Pour the resulting sauce, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

You can serve with sour cream.
