Pork fried with mustard and eggs

You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 4-5 servings.
Ingredients

  • 500 g pork (fillet)
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tablespoons of mustard (sauce or whole beans)
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut the pork into slices about 1 cm thick.

Beat the egg.

Add mustard.
Salt a little.
Mix.

Dip the pork in the mustard and egg mixture.

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil for about 7-10 minutes on one side.

Flip.
Fry for 7-10 minutes.
