Stunning fish!

Delicate fish, aromatic crispy crust – very tasty!
I advise you not to replace anything in the recipe..
Almond petals can be found in large supermarkets, also, now in any city there are pastry shops, in which petals are almost always in stock.
You can cook potatoes for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 400 g cod fillet
  • 50 g almond petals
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp ground paprika
  • salt
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp flour

Preparation

Mix flour with salt.

Beat the egg.

Mix almond petals with paprika.

Dip the fish in flour.

Roll in egg.

Roll in almond petals.

Melt butter.
Add vegetable oil.

Put fish.
Fry on one side for 5-7 minutes.

Flip.
Fry on the other side for 5-7 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
