Delicate, hearty sticks.
Before frying, you can roll them not in breadcrumbs, but in flour.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-15 sticks are obtained.

  • 200 g of cottage cheese (5-15%)
  • 200 g cheese (hard)
  • 2 eggs
  • greens to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil


Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Finely chop the greens.

Mix cottage cheese and eggs.

Add cheese.

Add herbs, garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
If the mixture is too liquid, add a little flour.

Make sticks from the resulting mass.
Roll them in bread crumbs.

Heat the oil.
Lay out the sticks.
Fry until golden brown.

Fry on the other side.
